Helping Turley to have more meaningful performance appraisals
Background
Turley is one of the UK’s most successful planning consultancies with ten offices across the UK. The company required training to support the introduction of their new performance appraisal scheme.
Our Approach
We developed a bespoke training solution involving both appraisers and appraisee’s which was delivered to all 155 employees across all office locations. The training helped shift the focus away from completing appraisal paperwork to the more important emphasis on quality discussions and meaningful reviews.
